Lessons will meet on the following days: June 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22 (7 lessons total) Visiting day –June 22nd.
All lessons meet at the Waverly studio (526 Lentz Court, Lansing, 48917, ½ mile east of Waverly Road, off W. St. Joe.)
ATTIRE: Proper dancewear is required for all classes. Acceptable dancewear includes leotard, tights, dance skirt, jazz pants. Hair should be secured, and proper dance shoes worn. (no pants in ballet classes)
DANCE SHOE FITTINGS: Wednesday, May 18th from 5:00-7:00 pm at the Waverly studio.
Please attend this fitting if you will need shoes.
Baby Stars will use white acrobat shoes ($22.00)
Ballet classes will use pink ballet slippers ($18.00)
Jazz and Hip-Hop classes will use jazz shoes ($29.00)
Mini Stars can wear dance shoes or any shoe of your choice
HIP-HOP (Studio A)
8:00-8:45 pm, Ages 6 & Up

BALLET TECHNIQUE FOR 9 & UP (Studio A)
A great class to get started, or brush up on that very important ballet technique!
5:45-6:30 pm , Ages 9 and up
-no experience required-

INT/ADV BALLET-POINTE (Studio A)
The perfect maintenance class for those studying ballet.
5:00-5:45 pm ages 11 and up
-4 years ballet experience required-
Instructor: Miss Lori
(Dancers already studying pointe can wear pointe shoes, others may wear flats)
BALLET (Studio A)
Beginning ballet class for new ballerinas!
6:30-7:15 pm , Ages 5 & Up
-no experience required-

CHOREOGRAPHY (Studio A)
4:15-5:00 pm
Learn the basics of routine construction from song choice through performance.
-Only 2010/11 Starlette members can enroll-
-A limited number will be accepted-

BABY STARS (Studio B) -FULL-
For first time dancers, class will explore the basics of ballet, tap, and tumbling.
5:45-6:30 pm , Ages 3-6

MINI STARS (Studio B)
Parent and child class (include both on enrollment form)
5:15-5:45 pm , Ages 15 months to 3 years
-no experience required-

BEG/INT JAZZ (Studio A)
Jazz technique class with plenty of fun, popular music!
7:15-8:00 pm , Ages 6 and up
-no experience required-

TUITION per student: 30 minute class $50.00, 45 minute class $57.00. You may pro-rate tuition if you have a vacation planned. This must be done at time of enrollment. No refunds for missed or dropped lessons.
TO ENROLL: Complete and mail the bottom portion of this form with your tuition. (checks made payable to Rising Star) All enrollment should be in by Wednesday, May 18th, 2011. Class sizes are limited and classes will fill up. Enrollment will be taken in order of receipt.
