Tremaine Dance Conventions sponsors a studio Dancer of the Year. The Starlette Company votes for the member that they feel has shown exemplary dedication to the studio, is an outstanding dancer and performer, and shares the spirit of the Tremaine Dance Convention. The recipient is awarded a full tuition scholarship to the convention the following year, their name on the certificate that is displayed at the studio, and a Tremaine dance bag and t-shirt.
